KIDA Indoor Invitational
The first KIDA competition hosted by the Tuscarora High School Instrumental Boosters on February 22, 2014 was a resounding success! Every year, we say thank you and appreciate all volunteers and participants.
The Keystone Indoor Drill Association is a competitive, educational indoor circuit with units in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware and Virginia. The units compete in 4 disciplines; Percussion, Color Guard, Majorettes, and Dance Teams. In the previous 2021 season, both Western Frederick indoor ensembles took third place!
Every year, we host the KIDA Indoor Invitational at Tuscarora High School. 27+ Winter Guards and Indoor Percussion ensembles from Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, and Maryland along with their supporters participate. We anticipate attendance at this event to be between 1500 and 2000 people. More information about the KIDA can be obtained here.
Program Advertising & Trophy Sponsorship
You can support the award-winning THS Ensembles by placing an advertisement in the show programs. This is a unique, one-time opportunity to reach over one thousand regional spectators and performers with your message, while demonstrating your support for every instrumental music programs in our schools! Another option is the sponsorship of trophies for winning teams. Sponsor names are read as the trophy is presented. You can even have a representative of your business present the sponsored award.
